And yes, all our team members get paid time off for their pet's birthday. Duh. We keep Kombucha on tap in the office and drink it out of wine glasses because we like to feel fancy. Our client meetings typically take place on a cute patio over cocktails, and we always have balloons in the office because they make us feel happy and the dogs like to play with them.
