The Artist's lawyer
I encourage you to do your due diligence when it comes to determining the best Privacy Policy for your needs. A quick google search will present a lot of options. You can also work directly with a lawyer to draft one for you. To purchase a pre-made, customizable Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions (also a very good idea to have on your website to protect your content from copiers) , and even a contract for your creative business, I highly recommend The Artist's Lawyer, which I'll link below.
where to get a privacy policy
This page is where you can add in your website's Privacy Policy, which is legally required to be on your website if you collect any personal data from your users. This means email list sign ups, contact forms, google analytics, cookies, anything that would collect and store your users data, and almost every website needs one to be legally protected.
This is where you can paste in the first section of copy from your Privacy Policy doc. You may need to expand or shorten the canvas to fit more or less content. I recommend putting each section in its own canvas, rather than putting all the content directly in one canvas - as it will make it easier to break it out into sections and edit it.
DON'T FORGET TO DELETE THE "WHERE TO GET A PRIVACY POLICY" CANVAS ABOVE THIS BEFORE YOU PUBLISH YOUR SITE.
Additionally, if you need more sections for your privacy policy, just find the last section in the sidebar on the left side of the customizer and click the 3 dots beside it. Then click duplicate to create a brand new canvas to use.
If you don't need all the sections that have been created, simply click the 3 dots beside the canvas in the left sidebar and delete the ones you don't need.
