The artist's lawyer
If you don't already have terms & conditions that protect the content on your website, I encourage you to do your due diligence when it comes to determining the best terms for your needs. A quick google search will present a lot of options. You can also work directly with a lawyer to draft one for you. For a pre-made, customizable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and even a contract for your creative business, I highly recommend The Artist's Laywer, which I'll link below.
where to get your terms & Conditions
This page is where you can add in your website's Terms & Conditions if you have them.
This is where you can paste in the first section of copy from your Terms & Conditions doc. You may need to expand or shorten the canvas to fit more or less content. I recommend putting each section in its own canvas, rather than putting all the content directly in one canvas - as it will make it easier to break it out into sections and edit it.
DON'T FORGET TO DELETE THE "Where to Get a Terms & Conditions" CANVAS ABOVE THIS BEFORE YOU PUBLISH YOUR SITE.
Additionally, if you need more sections for your terms & conditions, just find the last section in the sidebar on the left side of the customizer and click the 3 dots beside it. Then click duplicate to create a brand new canvas to use.
If you don't need all the sections that have been created, simply click the 3 dots beside the canvas in the left sidebar and delete the ones you don't need.
